Prices listed below are for out of pocket services cash/credit card services.

Add a 3.5% service charge for credit and debit cards.

PHYSICAL/EVENT EXAMS* are the flat visit rate of $35.

  • (7.5-12.5cm) = $240 + $60 = $300

FACE (forehead, cheek) laceration repair

  • (0-2.5cm) =$120 + $60 = $180

  • (2.6-7.5cm), =$170 + $60 = $230

  • (7.5-12.5cm) = $220 + $60 = $280

  • (2.6-7.5cm) = $280 + $60 = $340

Trunk (torso) laceration repair

  • (0-2.5cm) =$90 + $60 = $150

Standard visit rate is $60.

This $60 fee includes:

  • Full head to toe examination.
